Assegai Rest Farm is situated at the foot of the Langeberg Mountains, in the picturesque Klaasvoogds Valley.
We are only 15 k.m. from the town of Robertson on Route 62, just under 2 hours from Cape Town. With the Robertson Wine Valley as it's backdrop - this small farm is perfectly positioned to be 'away from it all' but close enough for a huge choice of things to do, great restaurants and down to earth wineries.
You can look forward to a relaxing break at Assegai Rest Accommodation - in a private and secluded setting. Assegai Rest farm was named for the Tree, the Curtisia Dentata, commonly known as the Assegai Tree or Cape Lancewood. We are using both names in our accommodations.
We hope you enjoy some of the interesting 'wildlife' Spy Point photos we manage to capture on our hidden trail camera at various locations on the farm.
The farm is owned and run by Jackie and Andre and you will find either one, or both of us on the farm daily to ensure our guests have everything they need. We look forward to welcoming you and sharing our space and creativity with you.
