3D Archery Range

The range is spread out over roughly 2 k.m. of stunning scenery in the foothills of the Langeberg Mountains.

• The Archery Range is made up of some 23 targets, and as you progress through the course, certain targets are shot twice (from different angles), therefore a total of 32 shots. Minimum 2-3 hours.
• The range is more suited to Archers with Compound Bows, however it can work for Traditional Bows.  No Broadheads to be used on the range.
• Distances vary from approx. 6 yards to approx. 100 yards, you decide how far you wish to shoot and the difficulty at which you wish to engage certain targets.
• If you lose or break an arrow please tell us at which target this happened, so we can try to find and remove it from the environment.
• Prior notice of your intention to shoot the range is advised to avoid disappointment.
• On arrival you will be provided with a detailed map, with important and useful footnotes that you will need to navigate your way around. NB not all targets are marked, but by allowing common sense to guide you, you should be ok :)

Important Rules

• Our accommodation is pet friendly but the archery range is not.
• Make sure you bring the right amount of cash if you have not made an EFT
• Take only pictures and leave nothing but food prints … this includes cigarette butts (make provision to take them with you).
